EzControl Laser

  • Supply voltage (V):230V Single phase or 400V Three phase
  • Laser Power: 1500W or 2000W
  • Welding thickness: Carbon steel, Stainless steel or Aluminium (0.5-8mm)

The welding speed of Ezcontrol laser welding machine is 3-4 times fast than the traditional TIG or MIG method. Laser beam delivery the heat and energy to where you aiming to precisely, no more overheat on material.  The stable melt pool reduces spatters significantly. In most situations, the fine finish eliminated the heavy and painful grinding process after weld.

Grip on the ergonomic hand piece, feel the precision control.  Features of our Ezcontrol hand piece:

  1. Lightweight design: Handheld laser welders are designed to be compact and lightweight, making them easy to maneuver and handle.

  2. Cooling system: Most handheld laser welders have a built-in cooling system to prevent overheating and extend the life of the tool.
  3. Durable construction: Handheld laser welders are typically constructed from high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity.

  4. Ergonomic grip: Many handheld laser welders are designed with an ergonomic grip for comfort and ease of use during extended periods of welding.

Simple and easy user interface

  • Scan speed and width: The speed at which the laser beam moves over the workpiece during the welding process. Also, the width of weld covered by the laser beam during single pass.
  • Peak power: The laser power can be adjusted to control the intensity of the laser beam, allowing for precise welding of different materials with varying thicknesses.

  • Duty cycle: The ration of active time of laser welding during whole process.
  • Frequency: The frequency of the laser pulse can be adjusted to control the amount of heat generated and the rate of welding

Precaution and safety wear required!

  1. Have the safety clamp on: Always check if the safety loop has been clamp on the work piece.
  2. Eye protection: Laser welding produces intense light that can be harmful to the eyes. The user should always wear appropriate eye protection, such as laser safety glasses or goggles, to protect their eyes from the laser beam.

  3. Skin protection: Laser welding also produces a lot of heat that can be harmful to the skin. The user should always wear appropriate protective clothing, such as gloves and a long-sleeved shirt, to protect their skin from the heat.

  4. Ventilation: Laser welding can produce fumes and smoke that can be harmful if inhaled. The user should always work in a well-ventilated area or use an exhaust system to remove the fumes.

  5. Training: Laser welding is a specialized skill that requires proper training and experience. The user should be properly trained on the safe use of the equipment and the correct welding techniques.

  6. Equipment maintenance: Regular maintenance of the laser welder and its components is important to ensure safe and reliable operation.

  7. Safety interlocks: The laser welder should be equipped with appropriate safety interlocks to prevent accidental activation of the laser beam, such as a key switch or foot pedal.

  8. Clear work area: The user should ensure that the work area is free of clutter and potential hazards, such as flammable materials, to prevent accidents.
